About Mae's Muffins

Mae’s Muffins came from an unexpected place, motherhood! Stephanie, the Owner and Baker of Mae's Muffins, had always been mindful of what she fed her kids, but one day, while scanning the ingredient list on a box of store-bought treats, she felt deep frustration. GMOs, preservatives, artificial flavors—these weren’t the wholesome foods she wanted her children to grow up on. She decided then and there to take matters into her own hands. She’d bake her own goodies, free of all the “not natural” stuff, as she called it, and packed with love instead.

It started small. Stephanie swapped out processed ingredients for organic flour, local honey, and fresh fruits from nearby farms. Her kids became her taste testers, and soon her signature muffins—moist, flavorful, and made with real, pronounceable ingredients—were a hit at home. Mae’s Muffins wasn’t just a business idea; it was a tribute to family and a promise of purity.

Word spread fast, relatives & friends begged for batches, neighbors knocked on her door, and before long, Stephanie realized she had something special. In early 2025, she took the leap — she quit her corporate job, traded her office for a kitchen, and turned that Port St. Lucie kitchen into a bustling in-home bakery. With picky kids and everyone wanting something different, it has created a variety of tasteful creations. With a knack for flavors like blueberry-lemon and cinnamon-apple crumble, she crafted muffins that weren’t just delicious but good for you.
